Sam, you were more like a sister than a sister-in-law. I'll never forget all the birthdays, Christmases, shopping trips, holidays and concerts that we shared as a family, and I'll be eternally grateful for the happy five years that you gave my brother. I am so sorry you never got to meet Thomas, born two weeks after you left us and the day after your funeral. He will grow up knowing why his middle name is Sam - I couldn't think of a better way to remember you. You were the strongest and bravest person I've ever met. I will never forget you.
